Connie Maddox, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience and more than 2 years in psychiatric practice. She began her nursing career in 1991 after completing her initial nursing training at the Northern Kentucky Health Occupation Center, establishing a strong foundation for her lifelong dedication to patient care.

Connie went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2019) and her Master of Science in Nursing (2023) from Northern Kentucky University. Today, she provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for patients across the lifespan.
