Ariel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal and grow through a 360° wellness approach. She is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can rediscover balance, resilience, and lasting change.

Ariel works with adults, teenagers (ages 15 and up), couples, and veterans experiencing challenges such as trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered—meeting each person where they are and tailoring the therapeutic process to their goals and strengths.

Ariel integrates several evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage stress, regulate emotions, and develop healthy coping strategies. She believes in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—so that healing can take place on every level.

Ariel earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Kentucky in 2017 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2020. She also holds specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

With experience working with couples, veterans, individuals in recovery, and teens, Ariel brings a compassionate and well-rounded perspective to her sessions. She is currently available for appointments on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Regardless of what brings you to therapy, Ariel is eager to walk alongside you in your wellness journey. Her goal is to help you find purpose, peace, and empowerment—even when life feels heavy. If you think Ariel may be a good fit, she would love to connect and discuss the next steps of your wellness journey.
